- Monthly rent/security deposit collections (Security deposits held in an escrow) (Deposits in accordance with MA law)
- Personal visits every month with e-mailed report (Our inspection reports keep owners well informed and in control!)
- Detailed property condition statement (Documented with landlord & tenant)
- 6 Month maintenance outlook report
- 6 Month CO/Fire alarm inspections
