These guys were great to deal with. As a real estate broker, I deal with many management companies, and I can not say that about most of them. All requests for condo documents, budgets, questionnaires and 6D were dealt with in an efficient, timely manner. If every condo HOA had hired these guys, things would move along much smoother when it comes to sales.
