Site Management
A major part of property value is a building’s “curb side appeal”. Bay State Property Management has extensive resources that we will call upon as necessary to help each association become as structurally sound and aesthetically appealing as possible.
Our services are as follows:
- Obtain capital improvement bids from qualified service personnel. Negotiate bids as needed. Submit final bids to the Board of Trustees for approval. Supervise all sub-contractors where needed. Note: All sub-contractors are required to be licensed , bonded, and insured .
- Provide 24 hour a day/ 7 days a week emergency answering service. An on call property manager and maintenance person are available at all times.
- Review and re-bid service contracts as necessary. (i.e. snow removal, trash removal, landscaping, janitorial, etc.)
